1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date your tracking delivery confirmation timestamp is logged to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original security tags attached, and contained within its original luxury branded packaging.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Because we curate structural home decor and fine lifestyle accessories, material integrity is essential. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an object arrives damaged, broken, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aesthat.com.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return process, you must contact our support center at support@aesthat.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the exact shipping coordinates for our closest regional return processing center.

Important Notice: Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return authorization will not be accepted or processed. Buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping postage costs, and we highly recommend utilizing a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to our facility.
4. Refunds & Processing Timelines Once your returned package is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the return.
