1. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timelines We specialize in serving customers within the United States and the United Kingdom. Because we prioritize local fulfillment paths, our domestic transit times are highly optimized:

Please note: Order processing takes an additional 1 to 2 business days to allow for strict quality checks before your items leave the warehouse fulfillment center. Processing and transit times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Standard Insured Shipping: Complimentary / Free Standard Tracked Delivery is provided for all orders shipped within our primary domestic lanes in the US and UK.
3. Tracking Your Order Every shipment is fully insured and trackable. Once your package is scanned by our local courier partners (such as USPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, or Evri), an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and a secure tracking hyperlink will be dispatched to your inbox. You can monitor your package from the warehouse floor directly to your door.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For shipments within the United States and the United Kingdom, orders are fulfilled domestically from regional distribution hubs. Consequently, customers will not incur unexpected customs fees, import duties, or international handling tariffs upon delivery.
5. Delivery Address Changes & Lost Packages It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If you detect an error in your shipping information, contact our support team immediately at support@aesthat.com. Once an order is processed or handed off to the carrier, address modifications cannot be made.
If your tracking status indicates that your package was successfully delivered but you have not received it, please check your surrounding property, verify with neighbors, or contact the local courier branch before reaching out to our support channel.
